Kitas Extension

A Working KITAS extension allows foreign employees to legally continue their employment in Indonesia. This KITAS is initially valid for 1 year and can be extended according to the validity of the initial KITAS. To avoid potential overstay, apply for your extension at least 60 days before your KITAS expires.

• IDR 15,500,000 + 1200 USD – Regular 60 working days
• IDR 18,000,000 + 1200 USD – Express 40 working days

Document Requirements:

From Applicant:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Recent color photo.
3. Residential address in Indonesia.
4. Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
6. Identity card (KTP) of accompanying local workers (Tenaga Kerja Indonesia/TKI).
7. Educational certificate.
8. Insurance.
9. Job position & salary details.
10. Work location (region).
11. Employment contract.
12. BPJS Kesehatan (Health Insurance).
13. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment Social Security).
14. NPWP (Tax Identification Number).
15. Existing visa.
16. Existing stay permit (KITAS).

From Company:

1. WLKP account (username and password).
2. TKA Online account (username and password).
3. E-Visa account (username and password).
4. Company deed of establishment (Akta Pendirian).
5. Company decree from the Ministry of Law (SK AHU).
6. Company tax identification number (NPWP).
7. Company business identification number (NIB).
8. Company bank account statement for the last 3 months.
9. Director’s identity card (Passport/KTP).
10. Company letterhead and official company stamp.
