Description:

• A person who has invested at least 10,000,000,000 rupiah in Indonesia. (Please note that if you wish to invest in Indonesia, no special visa is required, but if you have invested 10,000,000,000 rupiah, you can apply for this visa).

2 YEARS

• IDR 25,000,000 – Regular 14 working days
• IDR 27,500,000 – Express 7 working days

Stay Period: 

• 1 year or 2 years

Visa Validity: 

• 90 days

What you CAN do:

1. Tourism or visiting friends and family.
2. Travel to and from Indonesia with a valid re-entry permit.
3. Bring eligible family members.
4. Business, investment, or company establishment.
5. Serve as director or commissioner in your invested company.
6. Study in Indonesia if officially registered.

What you CANNOT do:

1. Do any work that is not permitted under your residence permit.

Document Requirements:

From Applicant:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Recent color photo.
3. Residential address in Indonesia.
4. Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
6. Travel itinerary.

From Company:

1. Company deed of establishment (Akta Pendirian).
2. Company decree from the Ministry of Law (SK AHU).
3. Company tax identification number (NPWP).
4. Company business identification number (NIB).
5. Company bank account statement for the last 3 months.
6. Director’s identity card (Passport/KTP).
7. Company letterhead and official company stamp.
