The specific type of license depends on the nature of the business activity, whether manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or retail, and also on the category or strength of the alcoholic products being handled. Securing the appropriate license ensures that the business operates legally and complies with national regulations on alcohol.

• IDR 30,000,000 - Regular 60 working days.
• IDR 40,000,000 - Express 30 working days.

Document Requirements:

1. Company deed of establishment (Akta Pendirian)
2. Company decree from the Ministry of Law (SK AHU)
3. Company tax identification number (NPWP)
4. Company business identification number (NIB)
5. Shareholder’s identity card (Passport/KTP)
6. Company letterhead and company stamp
7. Registered BPJS of the company staff (minimum 2 persons)
8. Distributor (alcohol distributor) appointment letter
9. Proof of land and building tax (PBB)
10. Landlord identity card
