Document Requirements:

For Pre-Married Agreement :

1. ID & Family cards (KTP) of both partners.
2. Passports (if one partner is a foreign national).
3. Employment details & current address.
4. List of personal assets (if to be included in the agreement).
5. Any special terms or arrangements requested by the couple.
6. Expected wedding date.

For Post-Married Agreement:

1. ID cards (KTP) of husband and wife.
2. Marriage Book / Marriage Certificate.
3. Family Card.
4. Passports (if one partner is a foreign national).
5. Information on joint and personal assets.
6. Terms or adjustments the couple wishes to include.
7. Joint statement of consent (if required).
