Building Permits (PBG/SLF)
Description:
- Before a building can be constructed or occupied in Indonesia, two essential approvals must be secured: the Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG) and the Sertifikat Laik Fungsi (SLF). The PBG functions as official authorization to carry out construction activities, whether building anew, renovating, or expanding, while ensuring alignment with technical standards and spatial regulations. After the construction phase is completed, the SLF is granted as evidence that the property meets safety requirements and is deemed suitable for use.
