Description:
- A permanent stay permit for foreign professionals employed by Indonesian companies or institutions. Valid for 5 years and extendable, it allows the holder to live and work legally in Indonesia.
Price:
Apply from inside Indonesia – 5 Years
- IDR 50,000,000 (included 1-year work permit) – Regular 60 working days
- IDR 55,000,000 (included 1-year work permit) – Express 30 working days
Stay Period:
- 5 years
What you CAN do:
- Tourism or visiting friends and family.
- Travel to and from Indonesia with a valid re-entry permit.
- Bring your eligible family members.
- Work in Indonesia.
- Do investment activities.
- Study with a multiple-activity stay permit.
What you CANNOT do:
- Stay in Indonesia after your visa expires
- Work outside the scope of your permitted job description
- Work for another company or outside the region stated in your permit
Document Requirements:
From Applicant:
- Passport valid for at least 3 years
- Recent color photo
- Residential address in Indonesia
- Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Identity card (KTP) of accompanying local workers (Tenaga Kerja Indonesia/TKI)
- Educational certificate
- Insurance
- Job position & salary details
- Work location (region)
- Employment contract
- Limited Stay Permit (KITAS) showing residence in Indonesia for the last 3 years
- Limited Stay Permit (KITAS) with a minimum validity of 3 months upon submission to Immigration
From Company:
- WLKP account (username and password)
- TKA Online account (username and password)
- E-Visa account (username and password)
- Company deed of establishment (Akta Pendirian)
- Company decree from the Ministry of Law (SK AHU)
- Company tax identification number (NPWP)
- Company business identification number (NIB)
- Company bank account statement for the last 3 months
- Director’s identity card (Passport/KTP).
- Company letterhead and official company stamp
