• An Individual Company (PT Perorangan) is a form of legal entity that may be establishedbyonlyoneperson, without any minimum capital requirement, and must meet the criteria of a Micro, Small, andMedium Enterprise (UMKM). The founder must be at least 17 years old, legally competent, anIndonesian citizen (WNI), and may establish only one PT Perorangan per year.

Document Requirements:

1. Application form.
2. National Identity Card (KTP).
3. Tax Identification Number (NPWP) of the founder.
4. The name of the Individual Company, must comply with statutory regulations and must not beidentical to any existing registered Limited Liability Company.
5. Active email address.
6. Active mobile phone number.
7. Business address.

Documents to be Delivered:

1. Individual Company Registration Certificate.
2. Company business identification number (NIB).
3. Approval of the suitability of space utilisation activities (KKKPR/ PKKPR)
4. Company stamp.
5. OSS account (username and password).
6. Assistance in opening a company bank account.
