Description:

A person (spouse, child, or parent) joining their family who holds a Permanent Stay Permit or is an Indonesian citizen.

Apply from inside Indonesia

5 Years

• IDR 40,000,000 – Regular (60 working days)
• IDR 45,000,000 – Express (40 working days)

Stay: 

• 5 years

What you can do:

1. Live in Indonesia.
2. Travel to and from Indonesia with a valid re-entry permit.

What you cannot do:

1. Sell goods or services.
2. Work for payment or wages in Indonesia.

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 3 years.
2. Recent color photo.
3. Residential address in Indonesia.
4. Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
6. Other documents in the form of information, such as spouse, child, or parent.
7. Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS) showing residence in Indonesia for the last 2 years.
8. Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS) with a minimum validity of 3 months upon submission to Immigration.
