Description:
- A permanent stay permit granted to foreigners married to an Indonesian citizen or dependents of KITAP holders. Valid for 5 years and extendable, this permit allows long-term residence and multiple entries to and from Indonesia.

Stay Period:

What you CAN do:
- Live in Indonesia.
- Travel to and from Indonesia with a valid re-entry permit.
What you CANNOT do:
- Sell goods or services.
- Work for payment or wages in Indonesia.
Document Requirements:
- Passport valid for at least 3 years.
- Recent color photo.
- Residential address in Indonesia.
- Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
- Other documents in the form of information, such as spouse, child, or parent.
- Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS) showing residence in Indonesia for the last 2 years.
- Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS) with a minimum validity of 3 months upon submission to Immigration.
