Permanent Stay Permit (KITAP)

Description:

• Extension of a permanent stay permit for foreigners married to Indonesian citizens or dependents of KITAP holders. This extension grants unlimited stay permit in Indonesia, with only periodic data updates required at Immigration.

5 YEARS

• IDR 45,000,000 – Regular 60 working days.
• IDR 50,000,000 – Express 30 working days.

Stay Period:

• 5 years

What you CAN do:

1. Live in Indonesia.
2. Travel to and from Indonesia with a valid re-entry permit.

What you CANNOT do:

1. Sell goods or services.
2. Work for payment or wages in Indonesia.

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 3 years.
2. Recent color photo.
3. Residential address in Indonesia.
4. Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
5. Other documents in the form of information, such as spouse, child, or parent.
6. Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS) showing residence in Indonesia for the last 2 years.
7. Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS) with a minimum validity of 3 months upon submission to Immigration.
