Description:

• A person who works in an employment relationship with a guarantor in Indonesia.

1 Year

• IDR 17,500,000 + 1,200 USD – Regular (60 working days)
• IDR 20,000,000 + 1,200 USD – Express (40 working days)

Apply from inside Indonesia

1 Year

• IDR 20,000,000 + 1,200 USD – Regular (60 working days)
• IDR 22,500,000 + 1,200 USD – Express (40 working days)

Stay: 

• 1 year or 2 years

Visa Validity: 

• 90 days

What you can do:

1. Work in Indonesia.
2. Bring your eligible family members.
3. Travel to and from Indonesia with a valid re-entry permit.
4. Study with a multiple-activity stay permit.
5. Do investment activities.
6. Tourism and visiting friends or family.

What you cannot do:

1. Stay in Indonesia after your visa expires.
2. Work outside the scope of your permitted job description.
3. Work for another company or outside the region stated in your permit.

Document Requirements:

From Applicant:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Recent color photo.
3. Residential address in Indonesia.
4. Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
6. Travel itinerary.
7. Identity card (KTP) of accompanying local workers (Tenaga Kerja Indonesia/TKI).
8. Educational certificate.
9. Insurance.
10. Job position & salary details.
11. Work location (region).
12. Employment contract.

From Company:

1. WLKP account (username and password).
2. TKA Online account (username and password).
3. E-Visa account (username and password).
4. Company deed of establishment (Akta Pendirian).
5. Company decree from the Ministry of Law (SK AHU).
6. Company tax identification number (NPWP).
7. Company business identification number (NIB).
8. Company bank account statement for the last 3 months.
9. Shareholder’s identity card (Passport/KTP).
10. Company letterhead and company stamp.
