Kitas Extension

A Student KITAS extension allows foreign student to stay in Indonesia longer. This KITAS is initially valid for 1 or 2
years and CAN be extended according to the validity of the initial KITAS. To avoid potential overstay, apply for an
extension at least 30 days before your KITAS expires.

Price:

1 YEAR:

• IDR 13,500,000 – Regular 14 working days.
• IDR 16,000,000 – Express 5 working days.
  

2 YEARS:

• IDR 17,000,000 – Regular 14 working days.
• IDR 19,500,000 – Express 5 working days.
  

Extension Stay Period:

• 1 year.
• 2 years.
  

Document Requirements:

• Passport valid for at least 6 months.
• Recent color photo.
• Residential address in Indonesia.
• Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
• Guarantee letter from a guarantor (an Indonesian citizen or the educational institution in Indonesia).
• Letter of acceptance from the educational institution stating the enrollment period.
• Existing visa.
• Existing stay permit (KITAS).
