Kitas Extension

A Retirement KITAS extension allows foreign retirees to legally continue their stay in Indonesia. This KITAS is initially valid for 1 year and can be extended annually in accordance with Indonesian immigration regulations. To avoid potential overstay, apply for your extension at least 30 days before your KITAS expires.

1 Year:

• IDR 12,500,000 – Regular 14 working days
• IDR 15,000,000 – Express 7 working days

Extension Stay Period: 1 year

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months
2. Recent color photo
3. Residential address in Indonesia
4. Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent)
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
6. Travel itinerary
7. Other documents in the form of information, such as spouse, child, or parent
8. Existing visa
9. Existing stay permit (KITAS)
