Kitas Extension

A Retirement KITAS extension allows foreign retirees to stay in Indonesia longer. This KITAS is initially valid for 1 year and CAN be extended annually in accordance with Indonesian immigration regulations. To avoid potential overstay, apply for an extension at least 30 days before your KITAS expires

1 Year:

• IDR 12,500,000 – Regular 14 working days
• IDR 15,000,000 – Express 5 working days

Extension Stay Period: 1 year

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months
2. Recent color photo
3. Residential address in Indonesia
4. Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent)
5. Existing visa
6. Existing stay permit (KITAS)
