Kitas Extension

An Investor KITAS extension allows foreign investors to stay in Indonesia longer. This KITAS is initially valid for 1 or 2 years and can be extended according to the validity of the initial KITAS. To avoid potential overstay, apply for an extension at least 30 days before your KITAS expires.

• IDR 13,000,000 – Regular 14 working days
• IDR 15,500,000 – Express 5 working days

2 YEARS

• IDR 21,000,000 – Regular 14 working days
• IDR 23,500,000 – Express 5 working days

Extension Stay Period:

• 1 year
• 2 years

Document Requirements:

From Applicant:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Recent color photo.
3. Residential address in Indonesia.
4. Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
5. Existing visa.
6. Existing stay permit (KITAS).

From Company:

1. Company deed of establishment (Akta Pendirian).
2. Company decree from the Ministry of Law (SK AHU).
3. Company tax identification number (NPWP).
4. Company business identification number (NIB).
5. Company bank account statement for the last 3 months.
6. Director's identity card (Passport/KTP).
7. Company letterhead and official company stamp.
