Kitas Extension

A family KITAS extension allows family members of KITAS holders to stay in Indonesia longer. This KITAS is initially valid for 1 or 2 years and can be extended according to the validity of the initial KITAS. To avoid potential overstay, apply for your extension at least 30 days before your KITAS expires.

1 YEAR

• IDR 10,500,000 – Regular 14 working days
• IDR 13,000,000 – Express 5 working days

2 YEARS

• IDR 19,500,000 – Regular 14 working days
• IDR 22,000,000 – Express 5 working days

Extension Stay Period:

• 1 year
• 2 years

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Recent color photo.
3. Residential address in Indonesia.
4. Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
5. Other documents in the form of information, such as spouse, child, or parent.
6. Existing visa.
7. Existing stay permit (KITAS).
