Golden Visa

Description:

• A person who is officially invited by the Government of Indonesia to stay and contribute in specific sectors such as economy, science, culture, social affairs, or other areas of national interest. This visa allows the holder to stay in Indonesia for 5 years or 10 years (extendable) depending on the invitation terms.

Apply from outside Indonesia

5 YEARS

• IDR 35,000,000 – Regular (60 working days)
• IDR 40,000,000 – Express (40 working days)

10 YEARS

• IDR 50,000,000 – Regular (60 working days)
• IDR 55,000,000 – Express (40 working days)

Stay: 

• 5 years or 10 years

Visa Validity: 

• 90 days

What You Can Do:

1. Carry out business and investment activities in Indonesia.
2. Conduct meetings, negotiations, or sign business agreements.
3. Travel to and from Indonesia with a valid re-entry permit.
4. Bring eligible members of your family.
5. Do tourism activities or visit family.

What You Cannot Do:

1. Stay in Indonesia after your stay permit expires.
2. Do activities that are not allowed under your visa.
3. Break the conditions of your visa.
4. Break Indonesian laws and regulations.

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Recent color photo.
3. Residential address in Indonesia.
4. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
5. Travel itinerary.
6. Invitation or statement from the national government institutions that explain the relevance of the foreigner being invited.
