E33A/B – Global Talent Golden Visa
Description:
A Golden Visa for Global Talent allows foreigners with specialized expertise to stay in Indonesia for long-term purposes. This visa is available for:
- Individuals invited directly by the Indonesian Government; or
- Individuals with specialized expertise seeking collaboration with the Indonesian Government.
The stay permit is granted for 5 years or 10 years and is extendable, giving global professionals the opportunity to contribute their skills while residing in Indonesia.

5 YEARS
- IDR 35,000,000 – Regular (60 working days)
- IDR 40,000,000 – Express (40 working days)
10 YEARS
- IDR 50,000,000 – Regular (60 working days)
- IDR 55,000,000 – Express (40 working days)
Stay:
- 5 years or 10 years
Visa Validity:
- 90 days
What You Can Do:
- Carry out business activities such as meetings, negotiations, or site visits.
- Bring eligible members of your family.
- Travel to and from Indonesia with a valid re-entry permit.
What You Cannot Do:
- Stay in Indonesia after your stay permit expires.
- Do activities that are not allowed under your visa.
- Break the conditions of your visa.
- Break Indonesian laws and regulations.
Document Requirements:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months.
- Recent color photo.
- Residential address in Indonesia.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Travel itinerary.
Additional for Global Talent Invited by the Government (E33A):
- Proof of guarantee from the national government.
- Invitation from a national government agency explaining the purpose of the invitation.
Additional for Collaborating with the Government (E33B):
- Statement of commitment that within 90 (ninety) days from the date of arrival, the foreigner will submit evidence of collaboration with the central government.
- Evidence of the foreigner’s special expertise, such as:
- Certificate in the field of expertise required by the government, or
- Proof of graduation from one of the world’s top 100 universities with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
