Document Requirements:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months.
- Recent color photo.
- Residential address in Indonesia.
- Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Travel itinerary.
- Proof of legal marriage
a. If married outside Indonesia: proof of reporting or registration at the Indonesian Mission or authorized agency in Indonesia, and a marriage certificate translated into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translator (except if written in English).
b. If married in Indonesia: marriage book or marriage certificate issued by the authorized ministry or institution. - Identity card (KTP) of the husband or wife.
