What you can do:

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Recent color photo.
3. Residential address in Indonesia.
4. Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
6. Travel itinerary.
7. Proof of legal marriage.
8. If married outside Indonesia: proof of reporting or registration at the Indonesian Mission or authorized agency in Indonesia, and a marriage certificate translated into Bahasa Indonesia by a sworn translator (except if written in English).
9. If married in Indonesia: marriage book or marriage certificate issued by the authorized ministry or institution.
10. Identity card (KTP) of the husband or wife.
