4. Exit and re-enter Indonesia.
5. Perform art or cultural acts against local rules or norms.
   

Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months.
2. Recent color photo.
3. Residential address in Indonesia.
4. Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
5. Cooperation contract with the event organizer
