Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months
2. Recent color photo
3. Residential address in Indonesia
4. Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent)
5. Guarantee letter from the event organizer or impresario
6. Visa application from the impresario and the performer’s cooperation contract with the event organizer
