Document Requirements:

1. Passport valid for at least 6 months
2. Recent color photo
3. Residential address in Indonesia
4. Personal bank statement from the last 3 months showing at least USD 2,000 (or equivalent)
5. Invitation from a government agency or private institution to conduct work trials
